Marks and Spencer’s macaroni and cheese and rainbow salad

Quick lunch today… I was craving pasta but felt bad just having that, so I also got a small side salad of superfoods. I told myself that I wouldn’t eat the entire macaroni and cheese… 

Yes. It’s in a sea of cheese. It was delicious, and I ate the whole thing. In about five minutes. Then I had the salad…

 

Which was also very good, with a lime dressing. Perfect lunch (until an hour later, when I felt comatose….) Happy Monday!
