L’Eto, Brompton Road, London

Walking down Brompton Road on a Sunday evening, we stopped in L’Eto to see whether there were any good cakes to stop and try… and ended up gravitating towards the vegetables instead!

We got a huge mix of veg, forgot to eat them for dinner, and I got to have them for lunch the next day… roasted aubergine topped with a saffron labneh and pinenuts, a beetroot hummus, a courgette and wild rice medley, and a roasted potatoes with cabbage and snap peas mix.

I am SO glad that we forgot all about these veggies and that I could have them for lunch the next day, every different dish was delicious. From now on, I’ll be stopping by on the way home to see what other veggie dishes they come up with!
