White Asparagus Season


It’s asparagus season! I got some white asparagus from the local market and was thinking of ways to cook it.. I had some Boursin in the fridge (one of my favourite cheeses, soft and creamy, and mixed with herbs) and some fresh walnuts sitting around… after cooking the asparagus, I drizzled it with argan oil and burger, and covered with the walnuts and Bousin… yum!
