And the Sunday, Sapna came over for brunch in the hood. We went to the Bedford, which Heather and I had had a drink at the night before, checking it out as a potential Sunday brunch spot post their wedding in July. Brunch was also great.
The Carolina pulled pork eggs benedict for Sapna… apparently DE-licious. I mean, look at them, how can they not be good?
Still feeling a bit full from our late dinner the night before, I went for the kale caesar. Which seems to be one of my new favourite dishes, the thick kale tastes so much better mixed in with a Caesar dressing than romaine lettuce does. Add some grilled chicken, and I was in heaven.
