A quiet weekend in London when everyone’s away for the holidays… after a good workout at the gym, I headed over to Carluccio’s for one of my favourite breakfast/lunches ever.
Scrambled eggs with mushrooms on toast. But they must use a lot of butter, and they have lots of chewy, well-sauteed mushrooms on the side, all topped in fresh parsley. Simple and delicious. I go back to this dish time and time again.
